Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the 499b online betting and casino service accessible at 499b.io and any associated mobile-optimised versions.
• "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to 499b and its parent, affiliate, or operating entities responsible for operating the Platform.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account opened by a Player upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the relevant promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time-sensitive Platform operations including promotion deadlines and session timestamps.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by the Company to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Eligibility

To be eligible to open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Registering or attempting to register as an underage person is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You are acting as an individual, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of a third party.

• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 499b or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform while under the influence of any substance that may impair your judgement.

499b reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or using a different name, email address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and confiscate any balance held across those accounts where multiple accounts are identified.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and at any point when updating your Account details. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds. 499b does not accept liability for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 499b will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal — and in some cases before allowing continued play — 499b may require you to complete a KYC verification process. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

499b currently supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other local bank transfer options as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are charged by 499b; however, third-party fees from your payment provider may apply.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your payment method and Account verification status. Verified accounts typically have higher limits.
• Daily and monthly transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform cashier.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts. In some cases, additional review may extend processing times. The Company reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal where KYC verification is incomplete or where a transaction flags an internal security review. Withdrawals from bonus funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5.4 Player Funds

Player funds deposited into your 499b Account balance are held separately from Company operational funds. 499b does not use player deposits for operational expenses. In the event of any insolvency or cessation of operations, the Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to return outstanding player balances through the original payment methods used.

Bonuses & Promotions

499b offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions outlined in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general terms below and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses for any Player whose wagering patterns suggest professional, systematic, or arbitrage-based play.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion at any time.
• In the event of a discrepancy between an advertised bonus and the terms of a promotion as displayed on the Platform, the version displayed on the Platform at the time of opt-in shall govern.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus will specify a wagering requirement (e.g., 30x bonus amount). This means the bonus amount must be wagered the specified number of times using real-money bets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Bets placed using bonus funds do not contribute toward wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live baccarat may contribute at a lower rate, as stated in the specific promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses cancelled, any resulting winnings forfeited, and may have their Account permanently closed. Determination of bonus abuse is made at the sole discretion of the Company, and its decisions are final.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer games, crash titles, and fishing games available on 499b are governed by the specific rules of each product, which are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation unless the Company identifies a clear pricing error or system fault.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, the Company will investigate the incident and take reasonable steps to settle the outcome fairly. The Company's decision in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may be adjusted at the Company's discretion without prior notice.
• For live cricket, football, and other sports betting markets, odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. The outcomes of all RNG games are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the player or the Company.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded by the game server log takes precedence over any result displayed on the player's device, which may be affected by connectivity issues.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499b Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
2. Opening more than one Account or registering using false identity information.
3. Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated betting system to place bets or interact with casino games.
4. Colluding with other players in live poker, card games, or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner. Accidental discovery of an error must be reported to support immediately and must not be further exploited.
6. Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider after a deposit has been credited and used on the Platform.
7. Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the 499b support team or other Platform users through any communication channel.
8. Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with the technical infrastructure, servers, or databases of the Platform.
9. Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or Account balance to any third party.
10. Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location or to circumvent any Platform restriction.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 499b Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, game titles, icons, images, audio, and video — is the property of the Company or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of the Company.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and others is subject to those suppliers' own intellectual property rights and is used by 499b under licence. Players may not record, stream, redistribute, or commercially exploit such game content without authorisation from both the Company and the relevant supplier.

Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 499b collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and where consent is given, promotional communications. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499b, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, system maintenance, or technical failures beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player's use of the Platform in violation of applicable local law.
• Losses arising from third-party game software errors, subject to the Company taking reasonable steps to resolve such errors promptly.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their 499b Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Company's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of applicable law.

Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 499b support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification is complete. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities already incurred.

13.2 Termination by the Company

499 b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Conduct that the Company reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• A regulatory or legal requirement compelling the Company to restrict access.

Where an Account is closed by the Company for reasons other than a Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, the Company reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any internal investigation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 499b holds its international gaming licence. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this clause prevents the Company from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh acknowledge that online gambling laws in that jurisdiction are ambiguous and that they are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform is compliant with all applicable local regulations. The Company does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

499b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide advance notice to registered Players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.1. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
